Job Description: As a Ford/GM Technician at Sherwood Groves, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford vehicles to ensure they are safe and reliable for our customers. You will work closely with our service team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our dealership's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:  Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Ford or GM vehicles. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs. Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed. Keep up to date with Ford training and certifications.

Qualifications:

- Ford or GM technician certification preferred.

- PA state inspection license.

- Proven experience as a Ford or GM Technician or similar role.

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)

Every Third Saturday (8am-12pm)
